Bill is a superior facilitator. He introduced our group, with significant help from their own contributions, to the idea that absence of trust, fear of conflict, and lack of commitment are major disruptors to team efforts. Bill presented via self-discovery: helping all participants understand their own frames of reference when it came to teamwork. You could see the “aha” moments for many in the group as they confronted their own fear of conflict and realized how those fears might inhibit truly effective solutions for developing their teams.
